2020 Pepper Season has Officially Moved Outside
We’re about two weeks behind schedule, but Mother Nature has finally seen it in her heart to let me get my pepper plants transplanted to their permanent seasonal homes. The weather this morning – cool, but not cold and cloudy – was actually quite perfect for getting the plants in the dirt. The sun and warmer temps will come this afternoon which gives the little fellas a good opportunity to adjust a bit.
All 40 plants are now in their various containers whether in the raised beds or a variety of pots/buckets as shown in the following photos. I’m really excited to finally get to this stage of the season. I’m just hoping that some of these plants now get growing as the added two weeks inside looks to have caused some short-term issues.
